We are looking for an organized, experienced plumber with exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will install plumbing systems and ensure that these systems are functioning safely and effectively.
Plumber responsibilities and duties:
- Installation and service of all plumbing systems and products
- Maintenance of plumbing systems
- Repair or replace damaged parts
- Diagnose plumbing problems and work to resolve any issues
- Working directly with homeowners to ensure all of their needs are met
- Working with management team to help continually improve our level of service
Plumber Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 + years’ relevant trade experience
- Valid Plumbing License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work on all residential plumbing systems and products
- Proficiency using plumbing tools, materials, and equipment
Licensed Service Technicians
Licensed Service Technicians responsibilities and duties:
- Repair light commercial and residential
- Faucets and toilet repair
- Water softner replacement
- Water heater replacement
- Upgrade tub and shower
- Valve installation
- Sump pump repair and replacement
- Sewer drain clean and repair

Customer Service Representative responsibilities and duties:
- Answer and setup calls
- Track jobs
- Order materials
- Work with the technicians to schedule jobs and services
